SmartFil is a mobile welding fume filtration unit for regular use in the welding field with average quantities of fumes and dust.

This welding fume extraction unit is offered with an arm of 2, 3 or 4 m in length and in single- or three-phase power supply.

The articulated arm has a 360° rotation including the hood.

Kemper l Filtering Table

This filtering table is an affordable combination of a work table and a filtration unit. The large work surface allows for efficient use during welding operations with low to medium quantities of fumes and dust. The unit with a disposable mechanical filter is designed for low to medium quantities of fumes and dust, for occasional to frequent use.

The original filter for the SmartFil extraction unit offers the best compromise between filtration and technology.
The snail filter has a filtration surface of 25 m² or 42 m² depending on the model chosen, a filtration class of E12 and a separation efficiency of ≥ 99.5%.
Important note: by using original filters, you comply with regulations, as this allows you to maintain and validate the IFA W3 certification as well as the warranty on your unit.

This PVC-coated polyester fabric hose reinforced by a steel spiral has a length of 10 m and a diameter of 200 mm.
It is very light and flexible, difficult to ignite, and easy to compress.
