ROLLERFLAM 2.3 m³ oxy-acetylene welding unit – Air Liquide

The ROLLERFLAM from Air Liquide is a mobile oxy-acetylene welding unit designed to facilitate work on job sites as well as in workshops. This cart is equipped with an S11 oxygen cylinder of 2.3 m³ and an S11 acetylene cylinder of approximately 1.4 m³, offering a large capacity for intensive work.

The cylinders have been designed with a lightweight alloy, reducing their total weight to approximately 39 kg, while maintaining excellent robustness. Thanks to this design, the unit remains easy to transport and handle.

The ROLLERFLAM unit offers an autonomy of approximately 14 hours of continuous flame with a 100 l/h nozzle. It is perfectly suited for many tasks such as brazing, welding, braze welding or cutting.

The cylinders are equipped with an ergonomic handle and rotating protective caps, making it easier to connect regulators and improving maneuverability during transport.

Composition of the ROLLERFLAM unit

The kit includes:

1 cylinder cart for B11 format cylinders
1 Air Liquide oxygen cylinder of 2,200 liters (2.2 m³)
1 Air Liquide acetylene cylinder of 1,600 liters (1.6 m³)
1 Mini Zéphyr oxygen regulator 6 bar with rear connection
1 Mini Zéphyr acetylene regulator 2.5 bar with rear connection
1 Éclair 0 welding torch with removable lance and 7-nozzle wrench
5 m of blue oxygen hose Ø 6.3 × 12 with oxygen flashback arrestor
5 m of red acetylene hose Ø 6.3 × 12 with gas flashback arrestor
1 pair of welding protective goggles
1 cup-type gas lighter

The gas cylinders are delivered full but without a refill contract. To refill them, simply visit an Air Liquide gas distributor or depot.

Heating work: straightening, forming and bending of parts
Brazing of many materials: steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.
