This inverter technology unit makes electrode welding easier thanks to direct current and its low power consumption
(230V-16A power supply).
It has an adjustment range of 10 to 170 A.
The digital amperage display allows you to be more precise in your work.
TIG welding allows you to weld thin thicknesses that you could not achieve with an electrode in MMA mode.
Welding possible on steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel... from 0.5 mm thickness.
TIG welding mode requires the use of a shielding gas during the welding operation (pure Argon).
Arc striking is achieved by touching the tip of the tungsten electrode to the metal workpiece and lifting it slightly to create the welding arc (TIG-LIFT striking method).
It features protection (+/- 15% variation) against electrical overloads, allowing it to be powered by a generator. However, the generator must supply a stabilized current.
Equipped with the following systems:
HOT START to facilitate arc striking, ANTI-STICKING which eliminates the problem of the electrode sticking to the workpiece, and ARC FORCE which increases the arc power when the welding arc is kept short.
VRD: This device reduces the voltage when the welding unit is switched on but not in welding mode; it thus ensures the welder's safety should they accidentally touch the electrode.
Supplied in a carry case with:
1 TIG torch 110 A with valve, gas opening valve on the torch; length 4 m.
This torch is fitted with a ceramic nozzle and a tungsten electrode Ø 1.6 mm.
1 flow meter for refillable gas cylinder.
1 MMA electrode holder allowing the use of rutile or basic electrode rods from Ø 1.6 to 4 mm, cable length 3 m.

Rogue ET180i is a TIG welding machine with HF ignition in direct current (DC) and MMA, built with the latest inverter technologies to guarantee an extremely stable welding arc, ideal for working on iron, stainless steel, brass, cast iron...
The electronic boards of the Rogue ET 201i PRO are protected by a special coating that insulates them from moisture and dust (IP23S protection). The body is very robust and the dimensions are compact, allowing the operator to transport and use this welding machine in the workshop or on site even in adverse environmental conditions.
The Rogue ET201i PRO can generate a maximum welding current of 200A and has a duty cycle of 129 A at 60%; these characteristics make this welding machine ideal for installation, maintenance and light joinery work.
The control panel of the Rogue ET201i PRO is easy to use and the convenient LCD screen allows the operator to accurately view the welding parameters. From the control panel, it is possible to modify the TIG welding parameters to adapt the process to the operator's needs: LIFT or HF trigger mode, pre and post gas, initial and final current, up and down slope, 2T or 4T.
If you use the Rogue ET201i PRO in MMA mode for MMA welding (electrode holder optional), it is possible to select the Arc-Force percentage and hot start that best suits the welder's operating style; furthermore, from the control panel, it is possible to select the welding mode for electrodes with CELLULOSE coating.
The Rogue ET 201i comes with:
- Instruction manual
- Shoulder strap for transport
- ESAB SR26 TIG torch 4 metres with a grey Cerium tungsten electrode Ø 2.4 mm)
- Ground cable 16mm2 cross-section - length 3 m
- Gas hose with quick connector
This machine replaces the ESAB ROGUE ET200i PRO model and additionally features the PULSE function compared to the previous model.
The Pulse function of the Rogue allows welders to better control heat input and arc stability. The controlled action of the pulse helps create a stable arc, avoiding excessive spatter and minimising the risk of weld defects or the need for post-weld cleaning. The Rogue's Pulse technology facilitates penetration and fusion in the welding process, which is essential for creating strong and durable weld beads and for ensuring the structural integrity of fabricated components. Pulse technology helps minimise the heat-affected zone, thereby reducing the likelihood of material distortion or unforeseen metallurgical changes.

SLOPE DOWN adjustable: this system eliminates arc fade, thus preventing the formation of a crater at the end of the weld bead.
ARC FORCE: This process increases the amperage when the welding arc is kept short, which has the effect of increasing the penetration and mechanical strength of the weld bead.
ANTI STICKING: in the case of welding with coated electrodes, prevents electrode overload and thus preserves its characteristics,
TIG BI LEVEL: two different welding current parameters can be selected during the welding process, PRE-GAS/POST-GAS
( automatically adjusted by the microprocessor based on the current intensity and welding duration.
VRD: Improves safety during welding operations in damp environments
It also features the PULSE function, particularly suited for welding thin sheets where low heat input to the workpiece is required and adapted for welding in all positions.
When the pulse frequency increases, arc stability increases and therefore welding precision as well.
It also features the EASY PULSE system, allowing immediate pulsed mode welding even if the welder is not experienced in TIG welding, thanks to automatic parameter adjustment
THINSPOT function, enabling fast and precise spot welding.
For connecting the unit to the gas cylinder, it is recommended to use fitting 804208, which is positioned at the rear of the welding unit.

The PROTIG 231L DC PFC is a pulsed DC TIG welding generator with an integrated water cooling unit. Its PFC technology allows it to operate from 195 V to 265 V and achieve a very stable arc even on 100 m site extension leads. In stick electrode welding, its Pulsed MMA mode facilitates upward welding.
2 welding processes possible with this unit:
-TIG DC
DC Standard: welding with smooth current on the majority of ferrous materials.
Pulsed DC up to 2 kHz: controls the temperature of the weld pool, limits distortion and allows the joining of thin sheet metal from 0.3 mm.
2 tacking modes:
- Spot: adjustable tacking from 0.1 to 60 seconds for parts prior to welding.
- Pulse: adjustable tacking from 0.01 to 60 seconds on thin sheet metal prior to welding.
2 arc ignition types:
- HF non-contact
- LIFT by contact for electrically sensitive environments. 3 trigger modes: 2T, 4T and 4T LOG.
Advanced secondary regulation for optimal arc stability and constant current in all positions.
Memory storage of up to 50 programs per process for repetitive tasks. Advanced menu for optimal welding control.
Current and voltage display during and after welding (WPS/PQR)
Automatic torch detection: compatible with blade-type, dual-button, potentiometer and Up&Down torches.
Remote controls (foot pedal or manual, optional) connectable without tools.
VRD activatable via an internal switch to lower the open-circuit output voltage to < 35 V.
Intelligent fan management to reduce power consumption, dust intake and unit noise.
MMA
MMA Standard: rutile and basic electrodes (up to Ø 5 mm).
Pulsed MMA up to 500 Hz: facilitates vertical upward welding (pipe joints / pipeline…)
