PK is the ultimate versatile unlocking lubricant spray that Siliconi Spa takes pride in as part of its extensive range of high-quality technical aerosols for industry.

The PK multipurpose spray is ideal for releasing, lubricating, cleaning and de-oxidising bolts, gears, work tools, delicate mechanisms, electrical components, seals and industrial machinery from dirt, rust and oxidation.

PK performs seven simultaneous actions:

1. Action of unlocking nuts, screws, bolts, and components seized by rust;
2. Lubricating action for moving mechanisms, electronic parts, automotive components, bicycles, work and household tools;
3. Anti-rust protective action on metal surfaces, through the creation of a thin film that protects the treated surface from corrosion caused by atmospheric agents and salt for a long time;
4. De-oxidising action on electrical contacts: reactivates oxidised contacts and eliminates electrical dispersion;
5. Water-repellent action: removes water and moisture from every treated surface;
6. Anti-freeze action: allows resistance to sub-zero temperatures;
7. Cleaning and degreasing action: removes grease, oil and deposits from metal surfaces.

Among its many properties, the PK multipurpose spray is particularly suited to surfaces in marine environments, does not attack rubber or plastic, and contains no silicone.

The product is available in both the standard version and with the SMART dispenser button, which allows targeted dispensing, thanks to the practical tube mounted on the dispenser button, which increases spray precision on the least accessible parts and enhances the product's action. The great ease of application of the PK spray is characterised by the ability to dispense the product in any position in which the aerosol can is placed.

The PK multipurpose spray is a green product, as it contains renewable raw materials and the production process used to create it uses 80% renewable energy.

MOLISIL is used as an anti-spatter product to protect the torch "nozzle" against droplet adhesion.
It is a very effective anti-spatter because it contains MOS2 and graphite in slightly higher quantities than a standard anti-spatter product
(oil-based).
MOLISIL can also be used as a lubricant to lubricate moving mechanical parts, prevent friction and reduce wear. It is used for high-temperature lubrication.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Clean and degrease the parts to be treated. Shake the aerosol vigorously until the ball moves, and during application, continue to shake the product occasionally to keep it homogeneous. Spray from a distance of 25 cm.
After use, invert the aerosol and spray the product for a few seconds to prevent valve clogging.

RIVELEX 200 is an aerosol product for detecting cracks or porosity caused by welding in all types of materials. Thanks to its composition, RIVELEX 200 can be applied very quickly, as it contains fast-evaporating solvents that leave a white powder on treated surfaces, enabling crack detection.
It can be used with red and fluorescent penetrants (PENTRIX 100).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the aerosol for at least one minute before use.
Spray RIVELEX 200 at a distance of approximately 20 to 30 cm onto the part that has been previously treated with a liquid penetrant.
Wait 10 to 20 minutes for the product to be fully effective.
Then inspect the treated materials.
This product causes no damage to treated materials.
The bases used comply with the regulations, ASME 2644 type II; MIL-I-25135 form D type II..

SUPER CLEANER is a fast and powerful cleaner for removing: oils, greases, stains, dirt, and sludge. It is suitable for cleaning engines, gears, chains, hard surfaces, chrome parts, plastics, steel, bicycles, aluminium painted parts, chains, and gearboxes. It does not damage rubber, plastic, or carbon frames. Free from petroleum solvents. It contains additives that leave a shiny, protective film on treated surfaces. Thanks to its formula, it can penetrate and dissolve all types of dirt or encrustation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Wet the parts to be cleaned with water, then apply SUPER CLEANER onto them.
Wait a few minutes for the product to act and dissolve the dirt.
Then remove the dirt with a cloth.
Repeat the operation if the dirt is difficult to remove.
It can also be diluted with water to clean delicate surfaces or fabrics.

ZINCONSIL 430 is used for cold galvanising on all metals. An aerosol with a high zinc content used particularly for touch-ups on welds, to restore or galvanise metal parts, to galvanise and protect bolts exposed to weathering for long periods, to restore grilles, gates, metal parts, containers and metal structures.
ZINCOSIL 430 is also an effective protector against corrosion from atmospheric agents, salt and moisture.

ZINCO 98 is an aerosol with a high zinc content, particularly suitable for welding touch-ups, for restoring or galvanising parts, and for galvanising and protecting nuts and bolts exposed to the weather over a long period.
This product creates a solid, resistant zinc film that protects steel materials from oxidation and can be painted over or left as is. It withstands salt spray for several hours.
The can is fitted with an anti-drip feature to prevent mess during use.

Shake the aerosol vigorously for at least 1 minute before use until the ball inside the aerosol is moving.
Never use without shaking the aerosol, otherwise the heavy concentrated zinc powder at the bottom settles inside the nozzle and blocks the valve, rendering the aerosol unusable

PENTRIX 100 is a red penetrant liquid in aerosol form, formulated to reveal cracks, crazes or porosity caused by welding on ferrous materials and other metals.
Thanks to its intense colour and composition, PENTRIX can penetrate the most complex areas and reveal cracks and crazes caused by welding.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake well before use.
1. Degrease and clean the surface to be treated with METACLEAN aerosol degreaser;
2. Spray PENTRIX 100 on the parts to be inspected;
3. Wait 10 to 70 minutes for the product to fully penetrate.
4. Clean the treated surfaces with water or solvent. Do not spray solvent aerosol directly onto treated surfaces as this could remove all of the red liquid.

METACLEAN is a degreaser and aerosol cleaner for metals.
It removes all types of dirt present on metal: oil traces, grease, incrustations, tar, carbon and adhesive residues. It is also effective on steel and aluminum.

DISTAC WELD is a silicone-free anti-spatter aerosol for metal.
It is used as an anti-spatter product for parts to be welded and also as protection for welding torch nozzles.
Thanks to its silicone-free composition, it allows subsequent treatments such as varnishing, galvanising, chrome plating, etc.
It makes welding easier and faster and helps prevent the formation of cracks and crevices.

DESCRIPTION
CERAM STAK is an excellent anti-spatter product for protecting the torch tip from droplet adhesion. It lasts several hours (up to 8 hours) and has a superior anti-adhesive effect compared to standard silicone-free anti-spatter products, because it withstands high temperatures.
CERAM STAK is also an excellent lubricant. It deposits a thin dry film that improves action, prevents friction and reduces deformation. It can be used to lubricate work tables, furnaces, foundry slides, and whenever a high-temperature lubricant is needed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply to the surface to be treated, which must first be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.
Shake the aerosol for at least one minute. During application, shake the aerosol regularly to keep the product homogeneous.
Spray the product from a distance of 15 cm to deposit a thin film.
After use, shake the aerosol for a few seconds to unblock the valve.
Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture.

ANTITEK® is a new generation water-based anti-spatter aerosol, harmless to users. Thanks to its composition, silicone-free and with selected raw materials, ANTITEK® allows subsequent and successive surface treatments (painting, galvanizing or chrome treatment)
ANTITEK® is used to prevent the adhesion of impurities or spatter on welded elements or on the wear parts of welding torches.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Spray around the end of the torch or on the metal to be welded or cut.
Do not spray on welding strips.
Shake before use.
Apply a first burst into the air when the aerosol is new.
Spray at a distance of 25-30 cm from the parts to create a film that will prevent spatter. Do not spray too long, or closer than 25 cm from the part.
Do not spray an excessive amount of product.
Degrease the welded part with detergent products before proceeding with surface treatments.
Use-by date: 10 months from the production date indicated on the aerosol.

ALUSIL is a spray product containing a high level of aluminum. It is suitable for welding touch-ups and for protecting aluminum parts from oxidation.

PROTECT 700 is an anti-spatter liquid used to prevent the adhesion of slag or welding spatter.
This product contains no silicone and therefore allows subsequent surface treatments (painting, galvanizing, chromating).
PROTECT 700 can be used in an enclosed space as it is neither flammable nor toxic.
It can be diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 5; for welding robots, it is recommended to dilute the product with water in a ratio of 1 to 1; for application with a pump, it is possible to use the product pure or diluted 1 to 1.

Base: Synthetic oil, silicone-free.
